Woods Loeb & Company is dedicated to providing trustworthy and reliable advice after thorough and deliberate consideration of each

investors needs and objectives.  It's not unusual for Woods Loeb & Company to recommend a "no action" strategy, although virtually

every investment holding stands to benefit from some "best practice" discipline recommended by company advisors.

Woods Loeb & Company is led by Tom Woods, a former partner of Moison Investment Company.

Tom joined the world of institutional investment real estate in 1982 following graduation from the Business School at the

University of Colorado in Boulder. During the past 28 years, Tom has excelled in financial advisory services, brokerage of assets

small to large, as well as several industry startups.

Tom Woods has brokered some of the largest apartment transactions in several Bay Area counties for many years.  With a

very extensive and detailed database of multi-family assets developed over almost three decades, Woods Loeb & Company

brings experience with superior data and metrics analysis to devise financial plans for real estate holdings.  The company

is tightly aligned with many attornies and estate planners to provide proper long term guidance rather than pursuing

a 'transactions oriented' approach.

The NNN industry has flourished to meet a growing demand of real estate investors seeking quality passive

realty investments.  Unfortunately, many NNN providers have taken advantage of the current situation where demand has

exceeded supply, resulting in a majority of offerings that are overpriced with  fundamental flaws,  The "art" of NNN advisory

services is finding the 'needle in the haystack', sifting through thousands of sponsored offerings to find the ten to twenty

annually that will stand firm through tumultuous economic events - such as another oil crisis or an international debt crisis.

NNN assets are real estate, not commodities, although the marketing channels treat them like interchangeable commodities.  It is critical

to apply proper real estate due diligence fundamentals to NNN transactions, over and above the credit analysis of the tenant.

Woods Loeb & Company has strong recommendations about credit strength, lease terms, pricing and financing, and suitability

for each unique investor.  The company track record is exemplary and available for reference by investors.

Woods Loeb & Company also raises equity for 'special circumstance' offerings, as the financial markets continue to be

unpredictable and unwilling to lend money even for excellent investments.  Tom Woods is known for his excellence in 'stress testing'

offerings to assure the proper assessment of risk and reward.
